Order Preparation

After we receive your order please allow 1 – 2 days for us to pack and ship it. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with the Tracking Number so that you can check on its progress.

Shipping Time

Domestic shipping is relatively quick despite Covid restrictions. All items except very large pieces are sent by Australia Post. Larger items are shipped by Sendle.

International shipping is usually slower during this Covid period, so please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. If you are getting concerned about the parcel arrival, please email us at info@bonsai-stands-and-stones.com and we will look into it for you.
