Root-wood Style Stands
These stands are all hand carved by Lindsay from a single piece of a variety of Australian native timbers including Tasmanian Sassafras, Tasmanian Myrtle, Australian Red Cedar, Blackheart Sassafras and others. These are quite time consuming stands to make. Each one is very individual, having started without any plan, the stand just "unfolding" as the carving process progresses.
