This stand is made from Tasmanian Myrtle. It is 13.6 x 13.4 cm on top and is 28.6 cm high. The floating inner top panel is 11.5 x 11.5 cm. This particular wood is very old and dense and the brown stain reacted with it to give a very nice reddish brown colour. A time consuming construction job, this one! The legs are dowel ,set top and bottom. Finish is multiple coats of satin varnish.
