This Jita is cut from a small Boonaree slab. Boonaree (Alectryon oleifolius) is a hard to get desert hardwood sometimes called Inland Rosewood. Nice colouring and nice natural shape, it measures 38.5 x 12 cm at its longest and widest and is 0.7 cm thick. Finely sanded with several oil/varnish mix coats on both sides.
