Suiseki

This stone is from South East Queensland. I collect these stones myself from a section of river called Moocooboola by the original inhabitants, so in keeping with common practice I have named the Suiseki Moocooboola Stones after the indigenous name for the river. These stones are very hard and the product of an ancient volcano.

This one is 11 x 7 x 6 cm. The daiza is made from Queensland Red Cedar.
