Suiseki

This stone is from South East Queensland. I collect these stones myself from a section of river called Moocooboola by the original inhabitants, so in keeping with common practice I have named the Suiseki Moocooboola Stones after the indigenous name for the river. These stones are very hard, all natural and the product of an ancient volcano.

This one is 22 x 12 5 x 9 cm. The daiza is made from Queensland Red Cedar
